Job summary

PleasureLand RV Center, Inc. is seeking an RV Lot Operations/Equipment Operator to join our outdoor lot team in the Sioux Falls area.

You will be responsible for safely moving and staging RVs across the lot, operating tractors, forklifts, and other equipment, and assisting with deliveries and service coordination. Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within the dealership.

Qualifications

• Comfortable operating equipment such as tractors, forklifts, skid steers and trailers.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use common hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors, forklifts, skid steers and other equipment to move and stage RVs safely.
• Position units for technicians and deliveries.
• Tow and transport RVs and customer units.
• Drive company vehicles to assist with pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Service Department to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Maintain lot organization and overall appearance.
• Support seasonal lot needs including snow removal and outdoor cleanup.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for equipment and areas.
