Job summary

PleasureLand RV Center in Ramsey, MN is seeking an RV Lot Operations/Equipment Operator to join our outdoor team. You’ll move and stage RVs, operate tractors, forklifts, and skid steers, and help keep the lot organized and safe.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with pay between $18 and $22 per hour depending on experience. We offer full benefits, a supportive team, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment on a retail lot or similar outdoor setting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely move and stage large RVs and trailers.
• Willingness to train and adapt to seasonal needs.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors, forklifts, skid steers and other equipment to move and stage RVs safely.
• Position units for technicians and deliveries.
• Tow and transport RVs and customer units as needed.
• Drive company vehicles to assist with pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate with service department to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Maintain lot organization and clean appearance; support seasonal outdoor tasks.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures for equipment and areas.
