Job summary

PleasureLand RV Center is seeking an RV Lot Operations/Equipment Operator to join our team. The role involves moving and staging RVs across the lot, operating tractors, forklifts, and skid steers, and supporting deliveries and repairs.

We offer a 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday schedule. Competitive hourly pay and a benefits package are provided, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment and towing trailers.
• Ability to follow safety procedures around large units.
• Self-motivated with reliable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors, forklifts, skid steers and other equipment to move and stage RVs safely.
• Position units for technicians and deliveries.
• Tow and transport RVs and customer units.
• Drive company vehicles for pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Service Department for repairs and staging.
• Maintain lot organization, cleanliness and appearance.
• Support seasonal lot needs including snow removal and outdoor cleanup.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for equipment and areas.
