Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support is a plus but not required.
• Strong phone and email communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers online, via text, email and phone.
• Comfortable using CRM software to track leads and appointments.
• Willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers to qualify them as buyers.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and conduct follow-up meetings.
• Log interactions and manage a lead pipeline in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
• Track performance metrics and report results.
