Blue Compass RV in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Business Development Sales Associate to manage incoming internet and phone customers, identify sales leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team.

Ideal candidates are organized, motivated, and experienced in lead follow-up and appointment setting with a passion for the RV industry and customer service, and comfortable using CRM tools to track interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support in RV/automotive/outdoor recreation is a plus but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with customers online, via text, email, and phone.
• Strong phone and email communication skills.
• Positive, goal-oriented and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using CRM software to track leads.
• Willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through phone calls, emails, and texts to qualify them as potential buyers of RV products.
• Contact prospective customers and schedule appointments for the sales team to conduct product demonstrations and follow-up meetings.
• Proactively ask for the sale or encourage scheduling a test drive, viewing, or consultation when interest is evident.
• Use CRM tools to log interactions, maintain a pipeline of leads, and track appointment status.
