Blue Compass RV is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to own the full sales process from first contact to final delivery. You will guide customers through one of the most exciting RV purchases and maximize earnings through a commission-based structure.

In this role you will respond to inbound leads, prospect via phone and social channels, manage your pipeline in our CRM, build rapport, present solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Comfort with commission-based pay.
• Ability to follow up on inbound and outbound leads.
• Strong communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels to deliver a high-energy buying experience.
• Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently.
