Campers Inn RV seeks a Business Manager in Clarksville, IN to lead vehicle financing and insurance programs. You will work with lenders to secure fair rates and collaborate with the sales team to maximize referrals to the F&I department.

The role requires knowledge of dealership finance procedures, attention to regulatory compliance, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in finance preferred.
• 1 year experience in F&I.

Responsibilities

• Offer vehicle financing and insurance options to customers with clear explanations of products and warranties.
• Seek and maintain lender relationships to secure competitive rates and programs.
• Process financing deals accurately and obtain approvals through appropriate channels.
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations affecting RV finance departments.
• Coordinate with sales to ensure referrals to the F&I department.
• Train sales staff on financing and lease programs and the benefits of dealership financing.
