Campers Inn RV of Wilmington Inc is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead financing and insurance activities at the Wilmington dealership. The role involves presenting aftermarket products, coordinating with lenders to secure fair rates, and ensuring compliant finance processes.

The position emphasizes strong ethics, customer service, and collaboration with the sales team to drive qualified deals while supporting a high-standard service experience for customers seeking RV financing

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent experience in finance is preferred.
One year experience in F&I.
Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

Offer vehicle financing and insurance with explanations of products and procedures.
Secure favorable rates by working with multiple lending institutions.
Process financing deals accurately and obtain approvals through appropriate channels.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting RV and finance departments.
Coordinate with sales to refer all new sales to the F&I department.
Train and inform sales on finance and lease programs and benefits.
