Blue Compass RV is seeking an RV Exterior Detailer to wash, wax, and buff exteriors on our lot, ensuring each unit shines for customer delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a strong eye for detail, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to learn and grow within our company. A structured career path and ongoing training are provided, with a 5-day work week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience detailing RVs, cars, or trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, and buff RV exteriors to perfection.
• Remove road grime and bugs to restore shine.
• Apply protective coatings and sealants.
• Use pressure washers, buffers, and detailing tools with confidence.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Ensure every RV on the lot looks ready for the spotlight.

COMPENSATION: $16.00-$18.00/hourly
