Blue Compass RV is seeking an RV Exterior Detailer to wash, wax, and buff our RVs on the lot, preparing them for customer delivery. This role emphasizes detailed work and pride in a job well done.

• Wash, wax, and buff RV exteriors to perfection.
• Remove road grime, bugs, and buildup to restore shine.
• Apply protective coatings and sealants to keep RVs looking great.
• Use pressure washers, buffers, and detailing tools with confidence.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Ensure every RV on our lot looks ready for the spotlight.
