Bish’s RV in Utah is seeking an RV Sales Outfitter who thrives on building genuine connections and guiding customers to units that fit their travel goals and lifestyle. You’ll listen, ask questions, and present RV features with enthusiasm to help buyers feel confident in their choice.

You’ll manage leads in CRM, follow up with new and returning customers, and collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude and passion for creating exceptional experiences
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence presenting products to a diverse range of customers
• Ability to manage time, pipeline, and follow-ups independently
• Sales experience is a plus, but learning and growth drive you
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to become an RV expert

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth and professionalism
• Build trust through personalized service and active listening
• Match customer needs with the right RVs and complementary products
• Present RV features, benefits, and lifestyle value enthusiastically
• Manage leads using our CRM and follow up with new and returning customers
• Follow up consistently to build confidence and close sales
• Guide customers through the full RV journey from selection to add-ons
• Remove obstacles and provide support throughout the buying process
