Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in Florida. You will diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and coach body components with attention to detail and safety.

We value hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical work, and will support certification efforts. A background with RV systems and related trades is ideal, with on‑the‑job training opportunities available in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts used and keep supervisor informed of progress; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
