Job summary

Camping World in Missouri is seeking a Collision/Body Technician (Flat Rate) to join our growing team. You will diagnose, customize and repair RV body and paint, and ensure work orders are completed to high quality.

Responsibilities include tracking parts, maintaining a safe workspace, following safety procedures, and communicating progress to supervision. A background in body/paint repair is helpful; training may be provided. This is a full-time role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostics for repairing RV equipment and structures.
• Customize and repair RV per work orders; execute work orders.
• Perform body and paint repair.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs.
• Keep supervisor informed of progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
