Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Collision/Body Technician to join our growing team. The role focuses on diagnostics, selecting appropriate repair methods, and executing RV body and paint repairs according to work orders.

The ideal candidate has a background in body/paint repair, attention to detail, and is self-motivated. Certification in a trade field is helpful with RVIA certification optional, and a valid driver's license is preferred for duties that require travel or movements.

Qualifications

• Certification in a trade field is helpful, but experience is also considered
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostics for repairing RV equipment and structures
• Determine best product for repair
• Customize and repair RV in accordance with work orders
• Execute work orders
• Perform body and paint repair
• Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
• Follow Safety and Hazardous Waste procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned at performance levels
