Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Parts Associate to support our growing team and help customers find the right RV parts and installations. You will assist with product recommendations, schedule installations, and ensure accurate parts ordering while maintaining excellent service.

The role emphasizes daily computer use, organization, and safety in a busy service environment. Prior RV knowledge is helpful but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• RV or camping product experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

• Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members

• Provide excellent overall customer service
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
• May cross train to perform other duties as necessary

What You'll Need To Have For The Role

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more. This is a variable pay role with uncapped variable pay.
