The contract is flexible (10–40 hrs/week), based in the US, Canada, or WEU regions, and involves collaboration with researchers and cross-functional teams to improve enterprise AI coding solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building full-stack, production-grade apps using modern languages.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

• Curate code examples and build solutions primarily in Rust and other languages.
