We seek a Software Engineering Evaluator contractor to curate coding examples across Python, C/C++, Rust, Go, Java, and JavaScript (ReactJS), focusing on systems-level code and high-performance solutions.

You will evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, scalability, and reliability while collaborating with researchers to advance enterprise AI coding tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in systems programming, backend development using Python, C/C++, Rust, and Go.
• Experience building and deploying scalable, production-grade software.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality/review assessment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear, structured evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

• Curate code examples and build solutions across Python, C/C++, Rust, Go, Java, and JavaScript (including ReactJS).
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven coding tools against benchmarks.
• Build verification mechanisms to assess software-engineering tasks.
• Identify error patterns in systems-level and infrastructure code.
