Job summary

Turing is seeking a Software Engineering Evaluator to help create and refine datasets for training, benchmarking, and advancing large language models. You will curate code examples and precise solutions in Rust, with Python, ReactJS, C/C++, Java, and Go, evaluating AI-generated code for efficiency and reliability.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to enterprise AI-driven coding solutions in a remote-first contractor role.

Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience building full-stack, scalable applications.
Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality.

Responsibilities

Curate code examples and provide precise solutions primarily in Rust; others include Python, JavaScript/ReactJS, C/C++, Java, and Go.
Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions against performance benchmarks.
Build verification mechanisms to verify software engineering task solutions.
Hypothesize on software engineering cycle steps and evaluate model capabilities accordingly.
