Job summary

HomeCentris is seeking a compassionate Russian-speaking caregiver to provide in-home support, including daily living activities, personal care, and companionship for clients in their homes.

Candidates should be fluent in English and Russian, with reliable transportation, the ability to follow care plans, document activities, and communicate clearly with clients and families. This is a part-time and full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Compassionate, patient and empathetic attitude toward clients.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred).
• Ability to pass background checks
• TB test required upon starting

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility.
• Medication reminders and management support per care plans.
• Meal preparation and safe food handling.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Communicate with clients and families in English and Russian.
• Escort clients to appointments and errands using safe transport.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and health records.
