Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking a compassionate, Russian-speaking caregiver to support Eastern European senior clients in Plano/Allen. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care per the care plan, help with mobility, and offer language-matched, culturally respectful support.

Qualifications include conversational Russian, basic English, at least 1 year of caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Speaks Russian and understands cultural nuances.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (family or professional).
• Patient, dependable, and kind-hearted.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow the client's plan of care to deliver personal care services as assigned.
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer culturally respectful, language-matched care.
• Report changes in client’s condition to the healthcare team or family.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Comply with CareBuilders at Home policies/procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Communicate updates with family and care team.
