Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in language, ISD, or education technology.
- ILR levels: Russian reading/listening/speaking at 4; English at 2 or 3 depending on candidate.
- Minimum five years in SIGINT or IC as language analyst or instructor; recent ISD-based curriculum development.
Responsibilities
- Clarify and document customer requirements and training objectives.
- Develop language training materials including transcription, translation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with instructors and developers to design and document materials.
- Create practical evaluations to assess learning mastery and performance objectives.
- Utilize tools like Audacity and Adobe suites for blended delivery (online, distance, asynchronous).
