Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in language, ISD, or education technology.
• ILR levels: Russian reading/listening/speaking at 4; English at 2 or 3 depending on candidate.
• Minimum five years in SIGINT or IC as language analyst or instructor; recent ISD-based curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and document customer requirements and training objectives.
• Develop language training materials including transcription, translation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with instructors and developers to design and document materials.
• Create practical evaluations to assess learning mastery and performance objectives.

From eLearning tools and interactive lectures to lively discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays, and practical demonstrations, you will develop material that would mirror language analyst tasks and update existing materials to meet our client's language training requirements.You will be collaborating with language instructors and other developers in the design, development and documentation of language and domain-specific training materials. You will also get to develop practical evaluations to test the student's mastery of the learning and/or performance objectives.Responsibilities:Clarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives and language level of materialsAssist in the prioritization of requirements for training developmentResearch and leverage classified and unclassified domain-specific language resources for relevant, authentic language contentDevelop training materials to include transcription, translation, and analysis of operational, task-based exercisesCollaborate with language instructors and other Government and Contractor developers in the design, development and documentation of language and domain-specific training materialsEmploy technology (ex. Skill levels must be documented within the last 3 yearsMinimum five (5) years of experience shall include:Three (3) years SIGINT or Intelligence Community experience as a language analyst and/or language instructorTwo (2 ) years experience, within the last 6 years, must be applied practical work experience developing, documenting and/or updating basic, intermediate, and advanced language training materials following the principles of ISDIn lieu of the relevant B.A./B.S.
