Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Cryptologic Language Training Developer Level 1 - Russian to craft language training materials mirroring analyst tasks.

You will collaborate with instructors and developers to design, document and test materials that align with customer objectives and performance standards. You will leverage Audacity, Adobe C5S and Premiere to produce blended delivery content and construct practical evaluations to measure mastery of objectives.

Qualifications

• Native capability in Russian with ILR 4 in reading/listening/speaking
• English ILR 2 in reading/writing/speaking/listening or native English with Russian ILR 3 in reading/listening
• Minimum 5 years of experience including SIGINT/IC as language analyst or instructor
• 2+ years within last 6 years developing, documenting and updating language training materials following ISD principles
• 4 additional years of experience in language education if no BA/BS
• 1 year typing in English and foreign language fonts and software
• 1 year experience in synchronous/asynchronous instructional systems design and adult skills-based instruction with e-learning tech

Responsibilities

• Clarify and document customer training requirements and language levels of materials
• Assist in prioritizing training development requirements
• Research classified and unclassified language resources for authentic content
• Develop training materials including transcription, translation, and analysis
• Collaborate with instructors and other developers in design and documentation of materials
• Use tools like Audacity and Adobe C5S/Premiere to create blended language training
• Collaborate with SIGINT experts to obtain and develop language materials
• Develop practical evaluations to measure student mastery of learning objectives
• Identify learning applications/tools to enhance training delivery
