Qualifications

• ILRT level 3 or higher in Russian and advanced English proficiency (ILRT 2+ based on DLPT 4)
• Bachelor's degree in Russian language, applied linguistics, or language teaching preferred
• 4+ years of related experience (8+ years without a degree) or an associate degree plus 6+ years of related experience
• 1+ years' experience providing language or relation instruction
• Expert knowledge of Russian language, grammar, phonology, linguistic functions
• Instructional Systems Design experience preferred
• Requires US citizenship

Responsibilities

• Provide global language, cryptologic, language, and cultural training to military forces and civilian personnel via classroom instruction, materials, tech-based instruction, and distributed learning
• Develop and integrate new training materials, curriculum, and courseware for US Government approval
• Adapt instructional methods to meet student language proficiency goals, learning styles, and time constraints
