Qualifications

• Experience expediting orders in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong ability to track and prioritize multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work schedule to meet customer demand.
• Ships 40+ late/rush jobs per shift.
• Ensures quality meets CZV standards and identifies issues.
• Provides follow-up status updates on processing orders.
• Responds to customer service inquiries quickly and accurately.
• Trains peers and supports cross-department collaboration.
