Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, community development, social services, public administration or related field.
• Two (2) years experience in community coordination, training logistics or program management; or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon driver’s license and automobile insurance; access to personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rural-centric workforce training and development initiatives.
• Design and adapt training curricula; implement curricula.
• Organize regional career and professional development conference.
• Plan and facilitate monthly technical assistance sessions for peer support, traditional health, and social service staff.
• Conduct targeted outreach to identify and recruit training participants.
