A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience are required, along with a valid Oregon

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, community development, social services, public administration or related field with 2 years experience in community coordination, training logistics or program management.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Access to personal automobile required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate rural-centric workforce training and development initiatives; design, adapt, and implement training curricula.
  • Organize a regional career and professional development conference.
  • Plan and facilitate monthly technical assistance sessions for peer support, traditional health, and social service staff.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to identify and recruit training participants.
