  • Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, community development, social services, public administration or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in community coordination, training logistics or program management; or any equivalent combination of experience, education and training.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate rural-centric workforce training and development initiatives.
  • Design, adapt, and implement training curricula.
  • Organize a regional career and professional development conference.
  • Plan and facilitate monthly technical assistance sessions for peer support, traditional health, and social service staff.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to identify and recruit training participants.
