• Current, active RDMS registration through ARDMS or equivalent credentialing body.

• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment in a rural hospital.
• Compliance with patient safety, clinical and accreditation requirements.
• Ability to maintain consistent performance across full-time scheduling.
