Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience in a medical setting.
• Must be eligible to obtain or obtain a BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain clinical and medical standards.
• Step in to perform direct patient care, triage, or handle medical crises when the clinic is short-staffed or handling high-acuity cases.
• Assist top management in developing and monitoring the departmental budget, which includes controlling clinical expenditures and managing fee schedules.
