Job summary

Willapa Harbor Hospital seeks a Clinic Manager to supervise day-to-day clinic operations in the South Bend area. You will define and communicate budgets and performance standards to staff, and coordinate with physicians, staff, patients and external agencies.

The role requires initiative, independent judgment and strong data interpretation within a physician office setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Rural Healthcare Clinic Guidance preferred
• Management experience a minimum of 2 years preferred in clinic setting
• Operational Budget knowledge, strong experience in financial management, budgeting and operation oversight within a healthcare setting preferred
• Clinical best practices
• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Medical Terminology
• Excellent Verbal And Written Communications Skills Required
• Computer Experience with Electronic Medical Record experience (EPIC) preferred

Responsibilities

Uses skills in gathering and interpreting data in a physician office setting. Must have ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision making and problem-solving expertise.
