Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; eight years of experience may substitute.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and oversee daily activities to ensure efficient, patient-centered services.
• Supervise and develop support staff through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Optimize staffing, scheduling, and attendance to maintain smooth workflows and patient experience.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and resources; identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
• Analyze performance metrics and quality measures to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, facilities, and partners to ensure safety and compliance.
