Job summary

SEARHC is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care in an outpatient clinic setting across the lifespan. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while administering medications and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

You will document care in the EHR, promote infection control and regulatory compliance, and support efficient clinic operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Alaska.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Case Management certification - preferred.
• All required certifications must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized plans of care.
• Implements and evaluates nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Administers medications and treatments safely and accurately per provider orders and policy.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EHR.
• Collaborates with providers and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
