Job summary

InReach Rehab in Gordon, NE invites a flexible Physical Therapist Assistant to join Gordon Memorial Hospital on a full-time or part-time basis. You will deliver patient-centered therapy under a PT, implement treatment plans, and support rural rehabilitation with a collaborative team.

New graduates are welcome; salary is based on experience and a monthly incentive plan plus CEU allowance and generous time off. This role offers opportunities to grow within a connected Midwest network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Nebraska PTA license (or eligibility).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Interest in rural healthcare and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist in development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide therapies including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and maintain clinical records.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safety.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
