KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Psychiatrist for a permanent full-time role in La Grande, OR (rural Eastern Oregon). The position offers relocation assistance and a competitive compensation up to $385k+ per year.

You will join a growing hospital environment, provide psychiatric evaluations, manage treatments, and collaborate with Primary Care and Behavioral Health teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• MD from an accredited school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry.
• Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and follow-up care for a diverse rural patient population.
• Oversee pharmacological treatments and monitor patient progress for efficacy and safety.
• Partner with Primary Care providers and Behavioral Health specialists to provide a whole-patient approach.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic mental health conditions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the behavioral health team, contributing to workforce training and clinical protocols.
• Utilize Epic EMR for timely and accurate clinical charting.
• Provide consultation within the Level IV Trauma Center environment for acute stabilization.
• Participate in community-based initiatives to reduce stigma and improve access to care.
