Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program (or anticipated).
• Current or anticipated Kansas PTA license (or eligibility).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services under PT supervision.
• Assist in development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain clinical records.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with therapy team and staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
