InReach Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo, WY. This full-time or part-time position offers patient-centered care in a rural, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program is required.
• Current Wyoming PTA license or eligibility is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and recovery strategies.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
