Job summary

InReach Rehab seeks a Physical Therapist (or PTA) to join Patterson Health Center in Anthony, KS. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN options to support rural rehabilitation care.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, perform interventions, document progress, and educate families. The team emphasizes patient-centered care, professional development, and collaborative teamwork in a supportive rural setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current Kansas PT license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Interest in rural healthcare and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan high-quality PT services for a variety of conditions.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and plans accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a supportive team culture.
