InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at the Bayou Bend Health Center in Franklin, LA. This full-time or part-time position supports rehabilitation in a collaborative rural healthcare environment and offers patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program or anticipated degree.
• Louisiana PTA license or eligibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Interest in rural healthcare and collaborative teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Deliver therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist in development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other staff.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
