Job summary

InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated Physical Therapist (or PTA) to join our team at Bayou Bend Health Center in Franklin, Louisiana. This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities and emphasizes patient-centered care in a supportive rural environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or DPT from an accredited program, or anticipated graduation.
• Louisiana PT license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Interest in rural healthcare and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Perform therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust as needed.
• Support professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
