InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Holy Cross Hospital in Taos, NM. This position offers part-time or full-time hours in a rural healthcare setting focused on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or anticipated New Mexico PT license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust care to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
