Job summary

State-of-Nevad is seeking a Manager 1, Clinical Programs to lead outpatient behavioral health services in Yerington and Ely, NV. You will direct program delivery, mentor clinicians, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws while coordinating with courts and community partners.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 3+ years post-master’s experience with supervisory duties, overseeing budgets, and contributing to accreditation efforts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least three years post-master’s experience and supervisory duties.
• Experience directing outpatient behavioral health services.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage budgets and programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct outpatient behavioral health services and supervise professional clinicians.
• Establish goals, objectives, policies, and procedures; monitor program performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, licensure, and funding requirements.
• Develop admission/discharge criteria and performance indicators; report results.
• Participate in accreditation and quality assurance activities; respond to feedback.
• Coordinate services with courts, law enforcement, schools, and stakeholders.
• Provide court testimony and testimony on legislative matters; develop amendments.
• Maintain clinical records and supervise supervisory staff; train personnel.
