Job summary

Division of Public and Behavioral Health: Rural Clinics (RC) in Nevada seeks a Manager 1, Clinical Programs to direct outpatient behavioral health services in Yerington and Ely. The role includes supervising staff, mentoring clinicians, and ensuring program compliance with federal and state laws.

The incumbent will lead program design, evaluation, and coordination with courts, schools, and other partners, with responsibilities spanning intake, treatment, and crisis services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field applicable to the job duties.
• Three or more years of post‑Master’s experience with at least one year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience directing outpatient behavioral health programs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct outpatient behavioral health service delivery program.
• Supervise diverse personnel; mentor and train staff.
• Coordinate with courts, law enforcement, schools, and stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and approve actions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, licensure, and funding requirements.
