Job summary

Lead For America’s American Connection Corps (ACC) is seeking a full-time AmeriCorps Member to support community outreach, resource navigation, and regional planning across North Central Pennsylvania. You will work with local governments, nonprofits, healthcare providers, and transit agencies to improve access to broadband, healthcare, and essential services for underserved populations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support community outreach, resource navigation, and regional planning across six-county region.
• Engage stakeholders, identify barriers for underserved populations, and gather input for planning.
• Assist broadband, healthcare, and transportation access initiatives with staff support.
• Dedicate at least 50% of activities to broadband expansion and digital equity efforts.
• Prepare reports and outreach materials to communicate service activities and priorities.
