University of Utah Health seeks a Regional Faculty Director of Admissions and Student Affairs for the Southern Utah Regional Medical Campus in St. George, UT. The role leads outreach, selection, and student support for a growing rural medical education program.

Reporting to the Associate Dean of SURMC, the RFDSA oversees RMS admissions and student services, while collaborating with Salt Lake City and regional leaders to align with SFESOM goals, mission, and accreditation standards.

Qualificações

• Advanced medicine degree (MD or DO) required.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency.
• Eligibility for an unrestricted Utah physician license.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and implements outreach and admissions strategies for SURMC.
• Oversees RMS admissions processes and selection for SURMC.
• Represents SFESOM, RMS, and SURMC to internal and external partners.
• Supports student wellness, academic progress, and the residency match process.
• Provides leadership to admissions and student affairs staff and participates in governance committees.
