Clipboard is hiring an Account Executive to expand our rural market presence across the United States. You’ll identify opportunities, partner with Long-Term Care facilities, and drive platform adoption, mostly remotely with travel to rural sites ~one week per month.

Success is measured by new revenue and a strong pipeline. You’ll build relationships with facility leaders and clinical teams, develop market plans, and partner with internal teams to ensure a great customer journey and ongoing

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building across clinical and business audiences.
• Willingness to travel approx. one week per month, including overnight trips.
• Experience in B2B sales, healthcare staffing, hospitality, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet transportation needs for regional visits.
• Ability to work remotely while staying highly accountable for results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new Long-Term Care facility partners through a mix of inside sales and in-person meetings.
• Travel approx. one week per month for facility visits and market development.
• Build relationships with facility administrators, clinical leaders, and other decision-makers.
• Create demand in markets with limited brand awareness.
• Develop travel plans to maximize visits per region.
• Attend conferences and industry events.
• Learn the Long-Term Care landscape and competitive environment.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent onboarding and platform adoption.
• Maintain pipeline, activity, and opportunities data in CRM.
• Own territory and deliver against new-business revenue goals.
