Job summary

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases.

The role features 8-hour varied shifts, weekend coverage, and a compensation range of $32.00–$48.00 per hour plus premiums.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program and obtain RN licensure.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred; 3+ months required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with resident, family and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks per license and scope.
