Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program and possess an RN license.

• Current unencumbered RN license in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and supervise delegates as needed.
• Ensure safe administration of resident care following standards.
