Job summary

The role supports long-term care residents, with opportunities to serve as charge nurse and coordinate care, education and outcomes. A valid RN license is required and travel is to be expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
