Job summary

Lake Superior Community Health Center is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Rural Health Transformation Program and other strategic initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure grant compliance and reporting.

You will work closely with executive leadership to advance program development, monitor outcomes, and identify opportunities for scalable improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years managing complex projects, strategic initiatives, grants, or related work.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and prioritizing multiple projects.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, governmental, or community-based organizations preferred.
• Experience with federal, state, or foundation grant-funded programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of RHTP initiatives and CEO-designated projects.
• Develop detailed work plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Track budgets and collaborate with Finance on grant expenditures.
• Serve as liaison among departments, partners, and funding agencies.
